And that should be the end of that discussion, but obviously it would take common sense to realize that once Chuck endorses something, it is written in stone. That is something that, apparently, DC is in SEVERE shortage of.

I worked for the 6520 Flight Test Gp (Edwards) shortly after the A-10 went thru testing.
What I heard from the Test Pilots was something like .....
"There was nothing wrong with the A-10 that another engine wouldn't fix"
