In 2017 I went from Active Duty to the reserves on RCP. Since then I’ve been on Active Reserve were I report once a month for drill, well I ruptured my achilles running at home to get in shape for the PT Test is there anyway I can claim this and receive disability.

I’m not an expert in this but I don’t think you can unfortunately since you were not on duty at the time of the injury.

When we did my total perm disability, we started with a vet group, it was just too involved for them, though they tried, we moved it to one of the attorneys with this group, NOVA, the consult was $500, the best money we ever spent, the whole thing, vet group and NOVA guy, took six and a half yrs, the NOVA guy got two other pro bono attorneys through a major law firm he knew, one went with him and is to see the NBA traveling team judge at the VARO near us...trust me, check their search engine, or call their office, the only other good way would be a law school vet law clinic, though those can't take everybody, that's up to the faculty supervising the law students, I've sent the NOVA site in sevl.Times in here, as have ithers , they're one of the reasons we know there's a very real reason God invented lawyers, honest, promise, if you'd wanna chat further, just lemme know, no rush,whenever you'd want, OK?

You know I don’t think Is a place to admonish me, in the reserves we have to do physical fitness on our own how is it easy to make time for it when you have a full time family job and going to school. But thanks for the disrespect
