Clarification on ASU Class B (long sleeve) and ribbons.

I've never worn ribbons/CSIB with the long sleeve version of the Class B. However, in this pic it shows a female soldier doing so. Can one of you 670-1 maniacs clarify for me? I almost never wear the ASU, but have to all next week and will be wearing the long sleeve Class B.
