Are there not rules that govern overt PDA in uniform? Thoughts?

Public displays of affection, while in uniform is a no-no and he was right to intervene and stop it. Unfortunately, these deviant life styles are being pushed on society and it is in your face and dare anyone to stop it. The administration is clearly pushing this minority deviant group on society and will stop anyone who tries to intervene. Homosexuals make up about 3-4% of the population, a definite minority, but lately they have more political clout than the majority, who has little these days. Just another example of deviants being glamorized at the expense of those who are moral and worthy of respect.

The interesting part is, had he intervened between a male and a female, he would have been a hero for preventing a sexual assault.

One more no-win situation. The LTC should have had two witnesses - of the exhibionist behavior and to testify on his behalf that he did nothing wrong or did anything that was unseemly.
Different lifestyles are upon us, one would hope practitioners of minority lifestyles would have enough personal class, dignity and respect for the uniforms they were wearing to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
