As a Reserve Component officer, I recently completed the Command and General Staff Officers' Course (CGSOC) Common Core Course, but have not yet done AOC or the Elective Courses. My ORB lists "Command and General Staff Officer Course 50%" as my completed education, and still only lists the Captains Career Course as my highest level of military education completed. Is my ORB correct?

Yes, it is. When you complete all requirements for ILE, your ORB will change.

Along with the answers above, your ORB will change in another way. By completing CGSOC-Common Core, you are PME (Professional Military Education) level 5. After completing AOC, you finish CGSOC completely and become level 4. In order to attend either resident or distance learning War College, you must be level 4.
