I would like to push SHARP training to small group discussions within the Company, instead of just doing death by power point. Has anyone else had success with this? Please share your ideas and/or best practices.

Sir, I'd like to see SHARP reduced to this briefing, "If ya don't want someone sayin' or doin' it to your Mother, your wife, your daughter, or your sister; don't do it. Next topic!"

If SHARP training is done by someone who isn't forced to be the SHARP rep, that always helps. Also, in my last company our SHARP rep had soldiers do a skit, which helped keep the audience actively participating.
