My father is living alone by himself since divorcement.
I have an older sister who is married and live very far from home with her family.

Last week my dad lost conscious and fainted at home.
Luckily my sister was there for a visit (rare time).
She called an ambulance and my dad was sent to Emergency Room.
They checked on him and found out that he has Cerebellar Infarction.
The X-ray on his brain shows that partial of his brain and cells are dead.

It was a life threatening moment.
If my sister weren't there for a visit, no one was there to help him on the stroke faint of that medical condition.

I'm very worried about him and doctor said there is a possibility that it will happen again.
The Doctors medical certificate tates he needs continuous medical treatment and care.

Since there is no one else to take care of him, Would I be able to get my compassionate reassignment form be accepted?
I was very scared when I heard that it happened and could have been worse if my sister weren't there for him in that situation for a visit which she wont next time.
