Concealed Carry/Personal Defense Weapons on Military Establishments

In the wake of yesterday's terrorist attack against the military, do you think it is time to re-evaluate legislature prohibiting personal defense weapons? This is the 4th domestic attack on military personnel in the last 6 years to my knowledge. Will we ever attain our constitutional right to bear arms at work, home, and otherwise?
