Reservist here. Got my DD 368 signed off on and approved to go active. PHA is up to date but I do have a permanent profile for an ankle injury modifying my ACFT. Trying to bypass the MEPS physical. Is this possible?

Short answer - Yes, but it depends on your situation.

If you're enlisting in your original MOS and are not attending training, then you're not required to be administered the Occupational Physical Assessment Test (OPAT) as long as your current one can be verified. Any other situation requires that you have a passing OPAT within 90 days of your ship date (UR 601-210*, Chapter 23-7).
