Congressman pushes Army on why it revoked Green Beret's Silver Star

So, this came out in the Army Times today...
The Army, citing an investigation, has revoked the interim Sliver Star from a decorated Green Beret - ostensibly because he has had "Less than honorable service" and yet, apparently there is no evidence to base the revocation on other than some hearsay...
