Converting Military Operations to Corporate "Operations"

Honestly brother I think the best thing anyone can do is get the homeless to accept help from the resources that are available. It's okay to say "I'll help, " but do those people know they can help the most by directing, guiding and communicating the systems in place to help? The hard part is those that WANT help can usually get it, but they need to be educated. That's an over simpliifiication though...not every situation is the same. I'd be a fool to say they are, but most of the one's I've seen are as much education of the community as it is surrendering of the veteran to accept the help.

Actual unemployment among veterans is lower than the general population. This wasn't so in 2010 but the military was pushing lots of low civilian skills, underskilled, and young (< age 26 into the job market in 2010. Even so the jobs market for veterans corrected itself by 2012 for all but the youngest troops. Survey sez that the unemployment level even for those vets is under the non-veteran average within 12 months.

Homeless veterans -- there really is no easy answer for homeless of any kind. It appears somewhat to be a choice. Why that choice is made is puzzling. Lots of research into this but not many answers.
