Could I drive a truck with my 4yrs old son in the front seat while moving from Maryland to New York?

Recommendations are that all children <13 years old be buckled into the back seat. Airbag deployments can be fatal to children under 13. You should NEVER use a rear-facing car seat in the front seat for the same reason.

Can you? Probably. Should you? Probably not. Pretty sure 4 year olds in the front seat are illegal in NY, if not the other states.
