You can look at the two links below for that information.

I wish I knew then what I know now about AGR. I most likely would have changed over a while ago. Good luck to you.

It's really just a matter of finding the right job posting and getting your packet submitted. Last year our Brigade picked up an E-6 from Pennsylvania based on the interview (board) results. The problem is few postings actually make it out of state before they get filled. The one I mentioned only went national because a new unit was being stood up and our organization didn't have any personnel with the appropriate MOS. Unfortunately for those outside of a state, most of the time those positions get filled from within.

I currently am AGR (reserve) in a MP unit as a mechanic and I can tell you they are pretty full. Also the MP positions are mostly SSG and above so that leaves very few positions.
Little known fact: HRC is only required to fill a unit to 85% on AGR staff so just because there is an opening they might not fill it if they are over that percentage.

There are PFI slots open.  They are up to 3 year active duty tours for reserve Soldiers.

There are slots open at Letterkenny Army Depot and Tobyhanna right now
