Ah.... Wasn't my tech school. At Keesler there's four squadrons for tech schoolers. I was 336th, and that's your Cyber Ops, Programmers, Client Systems, 3A1's and KOMers. I think you're in 335th or 338th.

I have two spectrum guys in my office. Most places it is a one deep slot and be prepared for a lot of additional duties. Most of thier job is coordinating frequency request which really isn't that often outside of a new base. 90% of the work my two do is Project Management. Promotion is SUPER competitive as you are only testing against less than 2 dozen other folks. They had a pretty big purge when they dropped HYT for SSgts to 15.
