The Army End Strength isn't calculated until 30SEP. This is a blip in a much larger wave of draw-down. We will be at 450K by 30SEP17. That being said...we will never be at 450K. We may be at 495,549 or 450,223 at any given day. The HR strength of the Army changes on a daily basis. It is only calculated for accounting purposes on 30SEP.
