Did anyone make it to incirlik AB Turkey in their military career?

served in the 628th MASS from 1988 to 1989 and helped the Russians following the Armenian earthquake. In retrospect this was a clue the cold war was coming to a close.

I am currently stationed there with 2 months left. It has definitely been an experience, not necessarily one I enjoyed, but one I wouldn't give up.

Incirlik AB was my 2nd duty assignment. Got there in May of 1989 to May of 1991.

Yes, I served there during the times you were there. My name is Forrest Kimmel, I was a Staff Sergeant when I arrived, and a Tech. When I left. 1988 - 1992 Did you know a Tsgt. James Webster?

i went to Incirlik AB way back in 1984 for a 30 day detail , the base failed 2 nato Tac evals and was in jeopardy of losing its mission, a month of 1-18 hrs shift of alarm red and black... wasnt fun .

i went to Incirlik AirBase in 1984 for 2 months, they two NATO Tac evals and was in jeopardy of losing there mission 16-18 hrs shifts of Alarm red and black. it sucked ;0)
