Did anyone who filled out a 368 in the national guard have to go to a future formation?

So i filled out a 368 like 5 months ago and I've been doing weekly update on it and then i got an update from my S1 saying that i needed to go to a future formation. Did anyone who's transferring from guard to active duty have to go to future formation.

SPC Carey, just to clarify your question, if you are asking if you are required to attend battle assembly/drill with your current unit until the conditional release is approved, then the answer is yes.
You 'should' have received a counseling as part of your conditional release packet stating that one of the requirements for you is to continuing drilling with your unit until the 368 is approved and active duty orders received.

Looks like he answered his own question - but it is possible I’m still learning to read! SP5 Peter Keane
