Did the Army Reserve remove access from civilian computers to the SLRP web page?

I have been trying to manage my SLRP thru the RCMS self service, but during the last few months I lost access. Keep getting a message saying"
"This might be because the site uses outdated or unsafe TLS security settings. If this keeps happening, try contacting the website’s owner."
Is anyone else having the same problem or is something i need to fix in my computer? I downloaded all the certificate and able to access most sites from my PC.

The vast majority of systems the Army Reserves uses, have had their access capabilities removed from civilian computers. Most will only now allow access via government computer.

You can try calling to see if your computer or the website. [login to see] . This will be to the GI Bill, however they should be able to give the SLRP information also
