Do any of these "roles" as a System Administrator stick out to you ?

Installer - program preconfigured before install; has a external resource for help; must be personable
Repairman -
Maintainer -
Problem Preventer - looks for problems to fix before they occur; unknown
Hero - visible fixes, burnout from hard work at times
Go to - similar to hero, more coordinated, infrastructure-minded, most reliable
Infrastructure Builder - DNS, Directories, Databases, Switches, etc. long-term planners, transition systems
Policy Writer - Solve and prevent problems;
System Clerk - Given simple tasks, normally by senior SA, or non-tech douches
Lab Tech - (network for specialized equipment); install equipment, creating tasks from others needs,
Product Finder - finds the new hotness, needs to be concise during briefings
Solution Designer - Unlike product finders, build from scratch or smaller packages
Ad Hoc Solution Finder - Builds solutions, instead of simply fixing problems (like heroes)
Unrequested Solution Person - Proactive with improving workflow, not simply preventing problems
On-Call Expert - "help people help themselves"
Educator - writes user docs, trains,
Policy Enforcer - Needs written policies & management,
Disaster Worrier - Pessimist
Careful Planner - creates flow charts with "what-ifs" to build a stable product
Capacity Planner - monitor utilization (RAM and disk space required per user), goes unnoticed,
Budget Admin -
Customer's Advocate - help customers pitch to management
Technocrat - wants the newest because new
Salesperson - sell the policy, service, or proposal to the customer
Vendor Liaison - Knows a specifci vendor/brand well
Visionary - Long term progress and direction
Mother - hand-holding and personal interaction
Monitor - do what they do to fully test the products
Facilitator - great communicator, runs meetings
Customer/SA - backup SA/ normal person with some SA rights
Customer Support - Helps the customer / Single POC
Policy Navigator - Can work the system and boundaries
Negatives
Bleeding Edger - releasing new products before it's stable
Tech Staller - Unwanting change
SA who cried wolf - worried about unlikely issues
cowboy - rushes things without approval, documenting things
Slave - asked to do something without knowing the whole story
Scapegoat - blamed for issues
Janitor - not worth their $
Team Roles
End-to-End Expert - understand all layers of tech
Outsider - encourages vendor support or the back-out plan
level-focused person - suggests what level to fix a problem (programmer, tech,etc) or quote "Tech can't solve social problems"
Martyr - feels burnout or low-self-esteem;
Doers of Rep Tasks -
Social Director - Keeps social life in the team
Mr. Break Time - Knows when to take a break

SGT (Join to see) - My case it's just the opposite. They don't know what I do so the assume I can do everything. Makes me unpromotable and unfireable at the same time.
