Do CoA's show up on your ERB and if so how many are allowed?

Yes they do show up on the ERB. You can only get promotion point for up to 4, however you can receive unlimited.

Yes, they go into your awards. They should show up under your lowest award on that list. A maximum of four COAs will count toward your promotion points, but I'm not 100 percent on this, but if you gained a fifth COA, I don't see any reason it couldn't go on your ERB.
