Do I have the right to a CMB if I am a 91B40 Vietnam Vet who was assigned to C, 2/20 ARA, 1st Cav (but was not assigned to a combat unit)?

Well first, as a Spec 5 you weren't a 91B40.If your statement is correct, the answer is no. The criteria for VN was serving as a medic with an Infantry unit Brigade or smaller while under fire and providing care while engaged.

As LTC (Join to see) asked, did you render care under fire? If you did, is there substantiating documentation? Those that you treated while under fire, are they still alive and can provide a sworn statement of your actions?

SP5 Joseph Feasel - But, what you can do in case there was orders for the CMB, is contact the National Archives and request all your military documents just in case they do exist.

On my DD214, I was awarded , Air Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Army Commendation Medal, For MERIOTOUS SERVICE, and reached the rank of E5 in my one year of service in VietNam.
But will check with the National Archives.

SP5 Joseph Feasel - It's good to check it. When I submitted for documents, I discovered I was awarded/authorized additional stuff I didn't even know about.
