Right now I have 39 credits working on more college. I plan to have an associates by end of next semester before I would be at a college for a bachelors degree.

You'll need to have sixty credits by the time you would would be starting your courses in the fall.
Of course, you'll need to pay for your own tuition so it's better to apply once you've served your three years on active duty to qualify for the GI Bill

They can also use Army TA as long as they have completed their rank equivalent PME.

CPT (Join to see) Soldiers on G2G ADO are required to fund their own educational expenses. They're not eligible for Army TA, but they are eligible for any GI Bill benefits they may have earned.
