Do I still get my enlistment packet with my basic training orders after my induction since i'm in Delayed entry pgm., or do I get it later?

I did DEP before I came in. I was in DEP starting like Oct or Nov 2002 and went to basic July 2004. I don't think I really got any major paperwork until the day I went to MEPS to go to basic. I stopped at my recruiter's office to get whatever paperwork (I don't remember now).

I'm sure I signed a bunch of stuff. I don't think you'll get anything with orders until you're supposed to ship to basic.

I enlisted DEP as well and I know for me I didn't get my enlistment packet until the day I actually shipped out for basic. This was over 10 years ago so I don't know if the process has changed but hopefully this info helps you. Also I COMPLETELY!! agree with SPC Eric Hurdle that you need to keep an extra copy of every official piece of paper you get. I can't tell you how many times that practice saved my but during my career.
