Did that. But there seems to be some inconsistencies with who gets it and who doesnt. An Army instruction or DoD instruction governing this would be appreciated

1LT (Join to see) incentives come and go and only a current recruiter with access to current recruiting messages can answer that for you

If your AOC is authorized SLRP. I haven’t seen it for ESO. Usually clinical officers such as Physicians, advance practice nurses, Dentists and a few other AOC. Your recruiter has the annual message put out by the Health Service Directorate at USAREC HQ. I’d check with him/her.
