What about this guy's naked hatred in Spotsylvania against a Muslim following legal procedures to build a house of worship?

Depends. Does the murder, rape, genocide, bigotry, infanticide and violence in the bible justify hating all Christians?

You talking about the Old Testament? Is that really about Christians? Or more about ancient Hebrews. I'm confused. What have Christians or Jews ever done to you to loathe them as you do?

Before you start chopping at imaginary trees, it should be pointed out that in the NEW testament, Jesus himself said the Old Testament was the absolute word of God, valid until the end of time, and anyone who says different will never go to heaven. So let's stop grasping at imaginary straws. The book is full of barbaric ignorance, and even the Big J gave it his personal endorsement. There aren't any parts that done count. You can't be proud of your corn (the 1% of the book that isn't repulsive) and ignore the feces you had to dig through to find it .

Yeah well how many people did Jesus Rape and kill and cut the heads off of or at least condone it?? And you assume I'm a devout Christian? You are arguing with the wrong guy. Let's just say I don't discount the bible but I'm more likely to believe it when I see it. And besides I take no ancient texts or scrolls written by primitive men for primitive men to be the absolute truth. Sorry. Especially since those ancient men were from the middle east which to me is ignorance incarnate. Everything was magical and mystical back then we all can agree there is science and medicine now. I'm more likely to have faith in that but by no means blind faith

Literally zero, because he's a fictional character. In the context of fiction however, the only honest answer is "unknown". The bible has been edited, rewritten, retranslated, voted upon, re edited, omitted from, added to, and re rewritten so many times that the characters and stories likely bear little resemblance to their original incarnations.. Having said that, the surviving "American hippie" Jesus currently being worshipped in the states was no slouch in the condoning violence department ether. For every peaceful verse, he also said some surprisingly violent, hateful things as well. I can copy+paste a few hundred verses to illustrate it, but I'd rather you just researched it so you can see for yourself.

Why are we asking this question? No one is hating ALL Muslims. That is a canard being crafted by those who pretend to occupy the moral high ground to make the rest of us feel ashamed and vote for their candidates. (Or vote against those "our betters" oppose.) Even the multiple choices accompanying this question are prejudicial. Ultimately, the whole discussion boils down to propaganda. They could have been composed by CAIR just to make Americans feel guilty...

You apparently didn't watch the video I linked with the question. You should also take note of a few comments on this thread. My hope is that we'd get a nice thorough condemnation of such categorical bigotry. So far, what we've got is 3 "no", 2 'don't hate but don't trust' which is basically the same thing, 1 simple 'Yes', and your attempt to change this into a conspiracy theory. Hatred is alive even on this thread. But again, watch the video.

Well said and factual. There hasn't been a man alive that hates all of one people since Hitler

Being weary and suspicious doesn't equal hate. Hell there have been times I've been suspicious of my own kids. Do I hate them?

No, I have Muslim friends, they are good people, they have no desire to take over the world, they would defend me if needed. It is the violent extremists that are the problem.
