Better question....Do YOU feel you are overworking yourself?

SSG VNicia Young - From a personal and NCO point of view, yes I feel you are overworking yourself and are facing a possible burnout. I understand your drive to thrive, but it could turn around and bite your 6 something bad. Ask your NCO's if you can cut back a day from your work schedule, or cut back the hours (mission dictating, of course). Either way, there has to be some rest in that schedule of yours or you will end up burnt and drooling on your uniform.

Only you can determine if you are overworking yourself. You know your limits. Others will only judge what you are doing based on their own feelings of themselves. If you are still mentally strong enough to do all that, ROCK THAT ISH!!!

Yes I feel like I can handle it. Some days are harder then others or super busy. But I know what I want for my future and I wont get there by putting everything on hold because I am deployed. Some just same I am overworking myself and doing to much at once.

I feel you. I worked three jobs while taking 21 hours/ semester getting my bachelors. I fully take to heart words from Dave Ramsey, "Live like no one else, so that some day you can live like no one else!" In other words, work your @$$ off today in order to have the kind of future you want.

I truly believe in that. And that is an amazing quote. I love it I just read all about Dave Ramsey in the course I took last semester.

I think the Money Makeover would be a good course for young soldiers/airmen/sailors/marines. Teaches so much about money responsibility.

Unless your full schedule is compromising your effectiveness in any of your commitments, I believe that you are definitely making the most of your time right now, and I applaud you for it.

Thank you and no it does not effect my job. Some of my NCOs just believe I am putting too much work on myself. To me I believe it helps my time here go by so much faster!
