Do you believe justice was served and is this an appropriate punishment (although the story doesn't specify a punishment)?

Edit: The story states that GEN Patraues will plead guilty to one count (misdemeanor). The punishment could be a 2 year probation.

I read that article this morning. In all honesty, I think that the punishment of 2 years probation is in line with the crime. Having worked law enforcement before the army I can honestly say that I've seen a lot of people in the military and civilian that have done a lot worse things and got even less of a punishment. He can just be a retiree and go fishing at this point.
