Do you believe the emasculation and ongoing dis-assembly of the military will be cut back or reversed with the new administration?

I am Hoping it will be scaled back and the Military will be expander and reinforced...
I am Pro Females in combat roles as Long as they are passing the same Qualifications as the Males... with No wavers and no lowered standards...
the problem is the already Male ingrained prejudices ...
