I think this would create the opportunity for future to gain some knowledge from experienced military/retirees before they enter their respective service.

I've already seen many 'Cadet' accounts.

MSG,
Yes, thank you. I see them now. I don't know why nothing came up when I typed 'Cadet' into the search box before I wrote this.

I'm a MS III cadet at Purdue University, I haven't heard of Rally Point being discussed in and around the armory. I first saw it in an ad on Facebook, and a few other Cadets in our battalion have liked it, so I think the news may start to circulate that this resource is here for us. One downside though is not being able to post questions until you have a certain amount of XP racked up, there are many questions myself and my peers are sure to have.

If you don't ask questions how do you expect to learn. Ask! A good NCO is an invaluable tool for a new officer to get answers that will build the toolbox for you.

Do you believe the site should allow profile pages for ROTC/USMA cadets as well?

OFCOURSE How many Years of experience do you think are on this Site? I always considered my Job was to Train all Soldiers regardless of Rank to make the Best They Could Be. The Number of Young 1st and 2nd Lts I have took under my Wing is High, and Most of them were Grateful of my Counseling.I'm very Proud of the Leaders they Became.
