As a veteran of OIF I was a member of Iraq & Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA) but have chosen to no longer associate with them because of their one-sided political support, support for the democrat party. First, it was a push for only democrat veterans running for Congress, and now tonight the COO of IAVA will be attending the State of The Union Address as a guest of Far-Left Liberal Democrat Speaker of The House Nancy Pelosi. I believe no veteran organization should send a representative to be a guest of any member of Congress for a State of The Union Address. I believe only a guest of The President of The United States would be acceptable regardless of political party because they are the Command and Chief of our armed services. What say you?

Absolutely. Stay non-partisan. Regardless of which party they try to push, many veterans will be on the opposite side of the aisle.
