SGT (Join to see) - Any apple cider vinegar. "Braggs Mother of Vinegar" as it has an active live "mother" of yeast in it. The active live yeast hasn't been filtered out or been pasteurized.

I don't drink it but I do use it on salads a lot, like almost everyday. I know it is also supposed to help with weight loss which is opposite of what I need. I am starting to wonder if this is the reason my weight is staying low or if its just my overactive metabolism.

There's a difference between weight loss and "fat" loss. Maybe you simply need to eat more.
