Not too much. When I had serious pain in my lower back, I took over the counter pain medication and sucked it up and did my job. Just like I did when on AD. There are still many things others take for granted that I do not do. Like anything that creates a twisting motion in my back.

Not necessary, I have done well and am doing fine now. when I have the occasion to visit the VA or other medical facilities and see the condition of many much younger than I am, I am very pleased with my condition.

No, I have battled through it. "Pain is a sign of weakness leaving the body". Ain't that some bullshit.
