Do you guys think that the DoD will extend the travel ban with COVID-19 cases spiking?

Based entirely on my 8 years experience watching how the army operates? Yes - but the ban might expire and get reissued, so there might be a window for some people where they can slip through and travel.

Yeah, I do. That's one sure way to contain it, with regards to DoD travelers.
