Do you have a hard time staying awake during classes?

Maybe it's not your fault. Maybe it's the monotone voice of the instructor or the fact that your instructor is following the curriculum to a fault. If you're falling asleep during class I hope you get some relief soon.

I went to boot in Orlando during the summer. As you can imagine, it was VERY hot...so we'd go in to an air conditioned classroom from 100 degrees on the grinder and...well. Combined with the 'natural' lack of sleep one gets in boot camp, you can imagine how many people were constantly nodding off and getting startled awake by the CC's.

CPT (Join to see) I have that issue, I also have hypersomnia and it drives me crazy. Thanks for the article.

No I had my hockey skates in my locker so when we had a few hours between classes I would skate in the indoor rink, shower and go to class... It seemed to make me more alert and able to concentrate in class. I also worked part time at the Post Office when I went to BC..

I am motnin school. Fortunately my education days are behind me but I find it difficult to stay awake at work occasionally.
