If I had my way I would have a slice of land and set up an outdoor rifle/pistol range. I have ZERO business skills so that isn't a reality for me, but it sure would be FUN! If you had a military ID I'd let you help police the range in lieu of membership fees! I'd have the reloaders on station doing their thing. I'd even have a coffee shop so I could have all my vices covered and co-located. Do you have a dream business? Are you already living your dream? You may already have the next great idea!

I am putting a business plan together for my business. I am first going to do it as a 'side job' to make sure that I can drum up business and also pay the bills. I am really excited about it..now just to find the place I am going to live. Priorities you know...

#1 Dream job would be a "photographer." I would love shooting pictures of family get togethers (i.e. family reunions, weddings, dinners, vacation, pregnancy and baby shots), portraits, city life/country life and nature.
#2 Open up a five star restaurant that specializes in three to five dishes from the countries I've lived in/visited throughout my 29 year career. Example: Real thin crust pizza/spaghetti carbonara (Italy), gyro/fried cheese (Greece) miso soup/sushi (Japan), chicken tava/ekmet (Turkey), Jager-schnitzel/brat-sandwich (Germany) Bulgogi/cucumber kimchi (Korea), Fish & Chips (England), Alcatra (Azores). If only I had the money and Chefs to pull this off!!!
