Yes. I went to Norfolk State University in 2004. NSU is a well known and respected Historically Black College. Studied Broadcasts Communications. The environment was stellar and the learning environment was phenomenal. Highly recommend looking at the Green and Gold. I am a Spartan Forever.

What made you choose NSU over some others?

I liked the environment and the flavor seemed to jive with my personality.

I'm a first year doctoral student at North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University, an HBCU.

There are many HBCUs out there with great programs. It just depends on what you want to study.

What made that college stand out to you? What pros and cons do you see to the college as a HBCU?

I’ve always heard good things about Morehouse and Howard (also Spellman for what it’s worth)
