Do you have any tips or advice for success for someone going to ALC for 74D?

I am leaving for 74D ALC next week and I am nervous about failing, I hate to fail. I was wondering if anyone that completed the course has any advice in making sure that I am successful?

Congrats on your promotion SSG. Can you give advice on the ALC? Besides NCOERs and common leader knowledge, what do they teach at the school house? 74D here
