I am Retired Army. I did NOT make any plans for my retirement. I was very sick mentally and emotionally. I had a 100% s/c disability: mental illness/stress disorder. I was very blessed such as to have my mother, and my sister help me out.

SPC Margaret Higgins Blessings to you! I see you on the RP forums Know that as a peer in this community you have my support. Please continue to follow up with VA and any counseling group you find as helpful.

Thank you, LTC John Shaw. As you know, I am able to avail myself of any of the services that the VA has to offer. So I try to get all of my help there; as it is free. The VA is also paying for Biotherapy (Acupuncture) for me; for my pain (physical pain) and anxiety.
