I am Retired Army. I did NOT make any plans for my retirement. I was very sick mentally and emotionally. I had a 100% s/c disability: mental illness/stress disorder. I was very blessed such as to have my mother, and my sister help me out.

Thank you, LTC John Shaw. As you know, I am able to avail myself of any of the services that the VA has to offer. So I try to get all of my help there; as it is free. The VA is also paying for Biotherapy (Acupuncture) for me; for my pain (physical pain) and anxiety.
