Do you have stress during the holidays - here's a message that you should listen to that help reduce some of that stress?

Here is a great webinar from one of our fantanstic Civilian Supporters - Angela Benedict, Chief Executive Officer of Military Healing Center, Ontario, Canada

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fLSV_JTPpng&feature=youtu.be

MHC, Military Healing Center is a training company whose primary focus is to deliver core skills training for military, law enforcement and security professionals. MHC also consults with agencies to evaluate existing training, policy and practices and create solutions for personnel readiness programming leading to improved performance and health.

MHC focuses on developing skill sets for personnel to counter cumulative, operational and traumatic stress BEFORE it escalates to high level anxiety states such as PTSD.

As CEO I research and develop operational health management training programming to deliver high levels of operational effectiveness and decrease high levels of stress associated with security operations providing companies/agencies with an added competitive advantage.

Some simple tips in here, plan ahead, and it might no t be the best holiday ever, but it's can certainly reduce a lot of stress and potential for family strife.

The only stress I have during the holidays is the stress I bring upon myself by allowing others to influence me to go in debt when it's not necessary. Mostly it's my babies that I really am concerned about getting them something for Christmas, but the adults I had to learn to tell many no and live with it. A lot less stressful now.
