Sleep in spurts. An hour or two, awake for maybe 20 - 30 minutes if not more. Sometimes after a couple of hours am up for the duration. Also, have been diagnosed for sleep apnea, however, cannot waer a CPAP due to severe claustrophobia - SSD.

I have trouble getting to sleep every night.I take meds to help overcome insomnia and anxiety, some times they work when they don't I am forced to go to sleep aids, including temazepam and as a last and final resort, diazepam.

Reading is the best thing for me. Nothing else seems to work.
