I can fall asleep, usually, but wake up several times a night. Just can't seem to get good restful sleep

I don't completely fall asleep unless I take medicine. Without it I toss and turn then feel exhausted in the morning.

Some nights I can fall asleep for a few hours. Other nights I toss and turn till sunrise. Sleeping on the couch sometimes helps...

Have you tried a nasal pillow rather than a mask? Easy on/off and not restrictive.
