Yes, I,m up every hour and a half to two hours supposedly to pee but it is really because my brain has gone into high gear. I struggle to relax and eventually go back to sleep. Then the process repeats. It takes eleven plus hours to feel like it time to get up.

Yes, fall asleep but always wake up a few hours later and cannot get back to sleep. Quite often have to get up and watch tv.

fall asleep easily, but am up several times at night going to the bathroom as a result of prostate cancer surgery and subsequent radiation treatments.

Haven't been able to sleep more then 2 to 4 hours at any given time day or night. Recently completed my 8th surgery and fusion from T4 to S1 with osteotomy, my second osteotomy. Prior to this last surgery I underwent fusion at the C3 to C7 level, Spring 2019. This has been my life every since my injury at Dover AFB in 1968. I've complained about not sleeping to the Doctors at the Cheyenne VA Hospital and VA Clinic in Fort Collins, Colorado. No-one cared so I quit complaining. Are there techniques that help? Yes! I purchased my own medical insurance and I'm seeing non-VA Doctors who care. I'm sleeping better now. Go figure!
