ALL New Connections - Back by Popular Demand! I'm still receiving some great photos from all you RP Members. THANKS!
Keep them coming!
All you photogenic military personnel out there in RP Land let’s have a little photo session just to lighten it up today! Share the first photograph or the earliest photograph of yourself when you entered the military and tell us the date of the photo.
I'll start with Private Burroughs in 1975 at Fort Leonard Wood, MO & end with Colonel Mikel in 2005!

For Rally Point I use my 3rd grade picture posted in the Ft. Lewis Ranger as warning about live ordinance.... I've the official black & white boot pic from USMCRDSD 1968 somewhere that looks like a first pic in uniform but it was really just the white hat and a dress blue uniform dickey that snapped around the neck . A full body shot would've shown the white t-shirtcovering my stomach and biceps with utility trousers...THAT'S the picture I'd like to have~

17 years, 2 1/2 months old, 2nd day at the Reception Station @ Ft Knox. Mar, 1971. The 2nd pic is the infamous Plt group pic. I was front row, far right, the itty bitty feller.

James, you looked more hard-core in your Basic photo than subsequent pictures. That's ok.

Just look at Trajan's column. Fourth row down, third from the left. That's me.

I have married, divorced and moved over the years since my discharge from the USAR. I have lost all photos I had of myself in uniform, including my initial ID card. I was in the 209th Supply Co, Hvy Mnt, out of Lafayette, IN. Did basic at Ft/ Jackson, SC. How and where am I able to apply and receive copies of my photos taken at Ft Jackson?

COL Mikel J. Burroughs
PVT Denise Biers Check out this link and see if you can get a copy of the military ID photo that may or may not be in your records. Worth a shot. Let me know if that helps or how the process works? Thanks

No my Mother has it and she won't part with it for love of money. I've moved so many times that it got lost somewhere along the line.
