My Retirement in May 2014 as the GS-15 MC4 Deputy PM after 15 years of service (1999-2014). Picture is of my receipt of the Department of the Army Meritorious Civilian Service Award (MCSA) - (equivalent to DoD LOM) from Doug Wiltsie (SES) -Program Executive Officer -Enterprise Information Systems (PEO-EIS). Doug and I severed together from 1985-88 when I was a Captain and he was a GS-12 for PM - Night Vision Devices.

My retirement ceremony, Fort Richardson, AK, 24 Nov 1981. My wife (from GA) and I (from PA) decided to stay in AK for a couple of years until we could figure out where we really wanted to settle down. That was 39 years ago, and we're still here.

this is me around 6 months after I retired wearing my Dress blues for the last time to get married in Atlanta GA, its the semi formal dress uniform option in 2001 with white shirt and bow tie and you don't wear a hat :) I couldn't locate my 7lvl Maintenance Badge so I substituted a Star Fleet Com Badge other then that it was all withing 35-10 or what ever they call USAF uniform standards today LOL

CPO James Hunter Awesome picture and a very proud father - I like the idea of wearing the uniform for an event like this. I've got three daughters to give away in the future. Do you think I should put on my formal Dress Whites for the occasions? Thanks for sharing and for you service James!
