I wish that I had some pictures, I was a loner and for most of my adult life didn't keep much, my rule was that anything that I can't carry I would leave I until the last 10 years was living off the grid. Grab a bag and go.

Thank you Col Ray Bruneau I have a couple of Vet who live in the same complex. Both are Viet Nam Vets though they were boots on the ground, I was State side. So I am reaching out, it just takes time.

nope, dont have one, nor did a receive a retirment award or anything..but then my command was a bit messed up (higher command, not lower)..i was just ready to get out after a long service

As I was assigned to the Embassy in Cairo, my retirement was in a suit. This photo is 6 months earlier at a re-enlistment for our team NCO at the Pyramids of Giza.
