The Florida Real Estate Foundation's intent is to provide these six homes to veterans mortgage free. However, homeowners will still need to meet certain financial counseling and income requirements and will be chosen by a selection committee.
FREF has once again partnered with Housing and Neighborhood Development Services, Inc. (HANDS) of Central Florida to qualify homeowners and ensure that they fulfill the project's requirements.
