Stress is not always “bad” for us—it can assist in some everyday functions and be particularly beneficial for military members. The human brain is designed to use stress to tell us when to respond to something that could be potentially harmful or threatening.
After responding, we can then deal with the incident and learn from it. Check out how some great ways first responders deal with different types of stress: http://rly.pt/2pVjSc1

I agree with the former, it's physical training for me but it could literally be anything from a hobby to a relationship. A brother who I am close to uses community service.

Like SrA (Join to see), physical excercise has always been my favorite method to deal with stress. I've noticed that my mind is able to think much more clearly during and after a workout.
