Yes I certainly do PO3 Steven Sherrill Papa Boyington was legendary.
He led the famous Black Sheep squadron which was a wonderful metaphor since sheep are least dangerous mammals :-)

LTC Stephen F. I do not think that the Japanese felt these sheep were not dangerous. Irony, gotta love it.

PO3 Steven Sherrill - I expect Papa Boyington may have been very familiar with the 1731 nursery rhyme "baa baa black sheep" and he obviously had a dark sense of humor like you and I do :-)
