Do you knwo the name of some off housing outside of Vilsesk, Germany that was built in the late 1980s?

The housing in question is not rose or tower barracks. They were brand new in the late 80's. They had a curved marble staircase leading to the 2nd floor. I can't find any information on them online although I know they exist/existed. If it helps my dad was 1st AD when he was stationed there as an enlisted soldier. We stayed there from about '87-'89

You sure he wasn’t Ist Infantry Division? Vilseck housed 1ID, at least in the early 2000s and I imagine 90s. Maybe Baumholder (sp?) was 1st Armored Division.
