Do you miss rolling your sleeves up in the BDUs? Should we be able to in ACUs?

Back in the days of the BDUs and prior the Army gave approval to roll up your sleeves during the summer months. Since the ACUs came about that was banned. I'm just wondering who all misses rolling up their sleeves and do you think we should be able to roll them up in Garrison?

Rolled Sleeves in the Army

Word has recently come out that the Army is authorizing the rolling of the ACU sleeve now, with certain exceptions. What are the thoughts of the rolled sleeve in the ACU? Furthermore, what are the thoughts exempting those with sleeve or below the elbow tattoos that have already been grandfathered in, being restricted from being able to roll their sleeves?
